The goal of The Birthing Class is to empower, inspire, and instill confidence in women as they embark on their childbirth journey. Unlike traditional courses, our program offers the convenience of accessing essential information from home, tailored to resonate with each mother-to-be's unique needs and energy.

Absolutely! Some of our classes provide partner support and interactive exercises for both you and your partner to practice leading up to the birth of your baby. We highly encourage your partner to watch the videos with you, as they will learn how to support you not only during the pregnancy journey but also throughout labor and postpartum.

Absolutely not! You are free to join the program at any point during your pregnancy journey! The programs are divided into four distinct trimesters: 

• Trimester 1 - Introduction
• Trimester 2 - Pregnancy
• Trimester 3 - Birth
• Trimester 4 - Postnatal

Our mission is to bridge this gap in holistic support for expectant mothers, making it accessible to everyone. As allies to the LGBTQ+ community, we recognize that birthing people and partners can identify in many different ways and supporting all people through this journey is important to us.

All of our content is for everyone and our doula Nikita uses exclusively gender neutral language.

The Birthing Class offers one 12 month membership option. Most mothers begin their birthing journey in the third trimester, and with extensive postpartum content included, it’s never too late to start.

The Pilates Class offers a 12 week prenatal Pilates program designed to be repeated each trimester, with all classes being trimester three safe. The Birthing Class provides a far more comprehensive experience, featuring exclusive content within a structured 48 week pre and postnatal program designed to be followed week by week throughout pregnancy and into postpartum.

No. The Birthing Class is a one-off payment, not a subscription. There’s no need to cancel - once the 12 month access period ends, your platform access will simply expire and no further charges will be made.
